EVENTS AND PRESS OFFICE
For VBM, a long-established Italian manufacturer of professional espresso machines, HostMilano was more than just a trade show: it was an opportunity to showcase a renewed and cohesive brand identity.
We supported the company across every aspect of its communication, from developing the stand concept to online and offline promotion, coordinating a project that made VBM one of the key highlights of Hall 20.
A STAND THAT STOOD OUT
At HostMilano, VBM stood out with a bold stand that combined design, visual consistency, and a strong, impactful presence.
The orange color—solid across the flooring and gradually fading across the counters and ceiling—became a symbol of innovation, reflecting the same forward-thinking approach behind the new Audrey machine and HX² technology.
The black used in the reception area was chosen to evoke the heritage and solidity of the brand, while reinforcing its ability to evolve consistently over time.
The LED wall enhanced the product storytelling through a combination of 3D renders and motion graphics, turning technology into a visual experience and creating a dialogue between the physical world (the machine displayed at the stand) and the digital one.
KEYWORD: COHERENCE
VBM’s participation in HostMilano marked the culmination of a journey that had begun months earlier, with strategy and creativity working side by side.
WHEN PRODUCT AND COMMUNICATION SPEAK THE SAME LANGUAGE
Together with the VBM team, we developed a clear narrative connecting every element: the stand, corporate materials, social storytelling, naming, video content, and PR.
The goal was one: to bring forward a clear and distinctive vision of VBM today — technological, close to the barista, and always looking ahead.
The media strategy also played a key role in strengthening the brand’s presence: digital campaigns before and during the trade show, press activities, and an exclusive evening event completed the project, ensuring VBM remained visible and consistent across every touchpoint.
