EVENTS & PRESS OFFICE
Part of the international Videlio Group, Videlio HMS Italy designs entertainment solutions for guests on board cruise ships.
The Italian headquarters, located in Staranzano, entrusted us with several team-building events aimed at actively putting into practice employees’ soft skills and communication abilities developed during previous training courses.
TEAM BUILDING EVENTS
The taste of solidarity
For three consecutive years, Videlio HMS has relied on us to organize their Christmas team-building event, choosing to combine the spirit of teamwork with the value of generosity.
In 2022, we organized a surprise cooking class for the entire team. In 2023, we created creative kits for the young patients of Io Tifo Sveva at the Burlo Garofolo Hospital in Trieste, bringing a touch of celebration and lightness to the hospital wards. In 2024, we crafted a unique experience: a two-day food and wine journey to Graz.
Each year, involving the entire team of 50 people.
THE STRENGHT OF TEAM WORK
A hands-on yet symbolic activity: collaboration, active listening, inclusion, and the ability to handle the unexpected.
THE EVENT
Each year, the different events were organized following a targeted training program, which allowed the team to build a relationship of trust with us—and a level of rapport that made them truly enjoy the role-playing activities incorporated into each experience.
In the kitchen, you can observe individual behaviors and how each person interacts with the team. During hands-on activities—especially when done for a good cause—a special bond is created, along with a shared goal. On a trip, the team evolves, as being in a setting far from the workplace helps everyone feel more at ease.
We are a team for your team.
And that’s what makes every event unique.
The next one could be yours.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
01
Tailor-made design
Each year, we developed a unique format, defined clear objectives, and presented the client with multiple options to build a fully customized experience.
02
Logistics and suppliers
Location scouting, partnerships with nonprofit organizations, site inspections, budgeting, and coordination of all involved suppliers.
03
Training and experiential activities
We combined corporate training sessions with: a dynamic and engaging cooking class, a volunteer initiative followed by a convivial dinner, and finally, a two-day journey celebrating the traditional flavors of Styria.
04
Coordination and communication
During the events, we ensured on-site presence and guidance, gathered participant feedback, and managed media coverage to highlight the initiatives externally as well.
